What are AI credits?
Credits are what you spend when you ask for changes. Most changes cost 1 credit; attaching an image costs 2. Every plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can top up any time: 100 for £10, 500 for £40, 1,500 for £100. How credits work
Do you take a cut of my sales?
No, never. You connect your own Stripe account and keep 100% of every sale. Stripe’s own card-processing fees still apply, but they go to Stripe, not us.
What do I get on the Free plan?
A real site, online, on a storefactory.shop address, free forever, plus a test shop you can put ten practice orders through. Starter (£25/mo) is what moves it onto your own domain and turns the shop, bookings and email marketing on for real. Everything you built carries over.
Can I sell products on my site?
Yes. Cart, checkout and order management are included on every paid plan, so there is nothing extra to buy. Switch commerce on from your dashboard when you are ready to sell, connect your own Stripe account, and start taking orders.
What do I get on each plan?
Every plan has every feature: bookings, content, email marketing, commerce and your own domain. Plans differ by how much you do each month. Starter covers 100 orders, 300 bookings, 2,000 email sends and 3 team seats, and Growth raises all four. Your usage is on your dashboard, and we tell you as you approach an allowance rather than after you pass it. Plans in detail
Can I use a domain I already own?
Yes. Connect it in a click, or buy one here. DNS, certificates and renewals are handled either way.
What if I outgrow my plan?
Move to Growth (from £99/mo, with larger allowances, more credits and up to 5 stores) whenever you like. Plan changes are in-place and prorated, so you pay the difference and nothing more.
